Food Vendor Agreement

  • Vendor agrees to pay $150 to participate in this year’s event
  • Vendor agrees to load-in and set up on Friday, November 15 by 3:00 p.m.
  • Vendor agrees to be ready for service by 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 16
  • Vendor agrees to serve until 8:30 p.m. Saturday, November 15
  • Vendor understands that load-out cannot begin until 9:30 p.m.
  • Vendor agrees NOT to serve hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, soda, iced tea or bottled water
  • Vendor agrees to be 100% self-contained and self-sufficient including electricity
  • Vendor will manage their own cash and credit card transactions (WIFI connectivity may be available but NOT guaranteed)
  • Ice will be available for purchase
  • All signage, menus, paper goods, plastic ware, etc. to be provided by the vendor
  • Food vendors must provide proof of insurance and their current county permits
  • PLEASE NOTE: Sunset on November 15 and November 16 is at 5:38 p.m. Plan your lighting accordingly.

Retail Vendor Agreement

  • Vendor agrees to pay $100 to participate in this year’s event
  • Vendor agrees to be ready for sales by no later than 11:00 am on the day of the event.
  • Vendor agrees to sell only what has been described herein and the vendor further agrees that they will not sell any food or beverage items.
  • Vendor agrees to be 100% self-contained and self-sufficient (event will not provide tables/chairs/signage, etc.)
  • If vendor space is to exceed a 10 X 10 footprint, please provide details
  • Vendor will manage their own cash and credit card transactions (WIFI may be available but not guaranteed)
  • PLEASE NOTE: Sunset on November 15 and November 16 is at 5:38 p.m. Plan your lighting accordingly.
